    The excitement and anticipation that comes with growing vegetables, and creating innovative plates, is translated to our guests through our menu. The plant to plate narrative is at the centre of what we do; our chefs show our local organic farmers a nod of respect towards the passion and patience required to grow a plant, in each dish they create. The seasons dictate our menu, with passion, flavour and creativity at the heart of the operation. This passion flows through our love of organic and low intervention wines from small producers, carefully selected and paired with our food.

  • The Farm

    We are the UK’s first onsite, indoor hydroponic kitchen-garden. Our very own indoor vertical farm is our most recent dedication to sustainable practices, allowing us to grow our own bespoke exotic herbs and aromatics for our hyper-seasonal food and cocktail menus, with zero food miles and incomparable flavour.
